Spiced Tawa Masala Tempeh Cubes

Ingredients

  • 200 gms

    Hello Tempayy Tawa Masala Minced

  • 05 gms

    Jeera Powder

  • 20 gms

    Onion Chopped

  • 10 gms

    Garlic Chopped

  • 05 gms

    Green Chilli Chopped

  • 30 gms

    Beans Chopped

  • 30 gms

    Carrot Chopped

  • 10 ml

    Oil

  • 05 gms

    Fennel Seeds

  • 05 gms

    Chilli Powder

  • 05 gms

    Whole Jeera

  • 05 gms

    Corriender Leaves

  • 100 gms

    Boiled Potato Mashed

  • 20 gms

    Channa Powder

  • 05 gms

    Garam Masala Powder

Cooking:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.

  2. Once heated, add jeera, onion, garlic and let it cook till translucent.

  3. Add chopped carrot and beans, mix it well. Add minced Tempayy with jeera powder, crushed fennel powder, chilli powder and cook till turns golden brown (4-5 min).

  4. Add boiled potato mashed and cook for 1-2 mins till both mix well.

  5. Add Channa powder, salt to taste and toss well. Finish it with chopped coriander and leave it to cool.

  6. Shape it in round tikkis.

  7. Add oil in another pan and cook shaped Tikki to sear it.
